ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - SATURDAY 15TH FEBRUARY 2025

Thanks to those representatives who attended this meeting. There were some interesting discussions that will be taken forward by your Committee outside of the meeting.

Thanks to Doug Morgan for his many years as Chairman of the Wiltshire Golf League. Doug has decided to stand down at this time for personal reasons.

At the AGM, Phil Parkin was elected as the incoming Chairman. Welcome, Phil, we hope you will enjoy your time as the Chairman. Many of the Leagues' players will know Phil who has participated in his club's team for several years and has been the League Team's Captain. 

   

CLUBS/DIVISIONS FOR 2025:

It is with pleasure that we are able to confirm that both High Post and Kingsdown are being welcomed back to the League for 2025. 

In accordance with the League Rules they will be joining in Division 3.

In the circumstances we are able to return to a 5, 5 and 5 structure (as hoped) for the 2025 Season. 

The Divisions in 2025 will therefore be as follows:

Division 1 - Cumberwell Park, Tidworth,  Bowood, Marlborough and West Wilts. 

Division 2 - North Wilts, Chippenham, Hamptworth, South Wilts and Ogbourne Downs

Division 3 - Broome Manor, Upavon, Erlestoke, High Post and Kingsdown. 

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the league Secretary.

Also, as soon as matches are arranged and confirmed please send the details to the League Secretary so that they can be entered on the website for the 2025 season.

Finally, please advise the League Secretary of your contact details - League Team Captain and the club officer responsible for administration and particularly for making fixtures arrangements
